I am a certified Teacher of Yoga from The International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre which follows systematic and precise approach to classical Hatha Yoga.I have been practising yoga since 9 years, over the period of time also worked with Visually Impaired and Seniors by adapting yoga postures and making yoga more accessible to them. Besides this, it has been a pleasure to introduce yoga to the beginners and practicing along with intermediate and advanced practitioners.

Journey into Yoga
I got introduced to Asanas during my recovery from a groin injury. Ever since then, I have been continuous in my practice.
